I offer specialized 1-, 3-, and 6-month programs that integrate TPS Change Leadership and Practical Coaching in professional TPS Leadership, tailored to your purpose, needs, and budget.

I also offer 6-session professional executive coaching programs to help you improve and achieve your goals in the workplace for 500 euros.

Thanks to my mentorship with Ritsuo Shingo, I offer a TPS Coach Development Program for organizations, designed to develop internal leader-coaches.

Following my mentoring, I learned that TPS is neither “Toyota Production System” nor “Lean”; it is “Thinking People System”, that is, a systemic way of thinking shared by the people within the organization. In the same way that a beehive or an anthill has a common purpose (Ikigai in Japanese), people respond to that purpose through personal and professional goals that are aligned with both their life purpose and that of the organization.
