Gemba:
- Physical location where real work occurs (factory, workshop, etc.).
- Accompanied by Genchi Genbutsu: "Go to the real place, observe problems at their source."
Legacy of Ritsuo Shingo:
- Son of Shigeo Shingo (Father of Modern Manufacturing).
- Translator of the first book on TPS into English.
- Nobel Prize of Manufacturing.
Principles Applied by Primi Cachero:

The Toyota Production System (TPS) is the accumulation of small improvement ideas through acts of leadership. Leadership begins in the Gemba. Gemba Kaizen starts with a good Lean leader. Primi Cachero is an Executive Coach, Interim Change Maker Officer (CMO), and facilitator in Practical TPS Leadership and Lean Change.
From 2021 until his passing in 2023, Primi Cachero had the honor and pleasure of being mentored by Toyota Sensei Ritsuo Shingo (Shingo San) in TPS Leadership, Gemba Walk, Kaizen, and the skills of Practical Leadership. This was a unique honor, as it was the only coaching-mentoring program outside of Toyota conducted by Shingo San throughout his life, making Primi Cachero the only Spanish facilitator of Practical TPS Leadership and Lean Change.
